Tooele County Warrant RecordsTooele County Warrant Records

Call the office that issued the notice first. Then ask which record controls the case. Tooele Justice Court, Third District Court, and the Tooele County Sheriff handle different questions. Short calls save time. The sheriff’s public page does not list a separate warrant counter, and a records request is not a recall motion. Use these contact routes for your own case or to help a family member reach the right clerk, agency, or records office. Tooele County warrant records must be confirmed with the office that maintains them.

Independent reference only. Tooele County Warrant Records is not a government or law-enforcement office. It cannot confirm a warrant, recall an order, accept bond, arrange surrender, or give legal advice. Official answers come from the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff for law-enforcement service information.

The sheriff contact page lists divisions and public numbers. Use the main line for routing if you are unsure which department to call. Do not treat fingerprint hours as warrant or surrender hours.

For a specific public record held by the sheriff, use the official GRAMA request form. Completed requests may be sent to gramarequest@tooeleco.org. The form describes inspection, copy fees, response timing, and waiver requests. It does not ask a judge to recall a warrant and cannot replace a court filing.

A clerk can explain filing steps, dates, and where to submit a document, but cannot give legal advice. For a felony matter or uncertainty about appearing, consult a Utah lawyer before choosing a course of action.
